Paras Buildtech bags 'Developer of the Year-Commercial' award

New Delhi, Delhi, April 4, 2012 - Paras Buildtech bagged 'Developer of the Year-Commercial' award in the recently concluded 'Realty Plus Excellence Awards (RPEA) 2012 - North' in New Delhi at The metropolitan hotel. The award function witnessed the presence of realty luminaries and other stakeholders. Harish Rawat, Minister for State for Agriculture, Food Processing & Parliamentary Affairs and Member of Parliament, Haridwar constituency was the chief guest at this event organised by Realty Plus, the leading real estate monthly magazine. The awards event was preceded by a conclave on the topic 'Three-point wish- list for Realty 2012', which saw the participation from distinguished real estate players.


The Awardees were chosen after a rigorous selection of developers from the entire Northern region. The different categories that were awarded were spread across Developer of the Year Awards (Residential, Commercial and Retail), Select Achievement Awards and Popular Choice Awards.
The award was given for recently launched "Paras Trinity", which is located in Sector-63, Gurgaon. The project will consist of retail and a commercial space along with fine dining restaurants. 'Paras Trinity' will be one of the most innovative and iconic commercial hub, with cutting edge designs and concepts in the vicinity, and it will be handed over within 36 months.

RPEA 2012 is the fourth edition of the Realty Plus Excellence Awards, organised every year to recognise professional excellence achieved by real estate projects and developers across different zones in India. The event for the North zone, organised in
New Delhi, was preceded by the similar events organised in Bengaluru on March 2, and in Mumbai on March 9 for the RPEA South and the West zones, respectively.
